Some things to consider when submitting education documents for notarisation:-

1. We offer two types of notarisation verified and unverified. Click here for more information.
2. Some countries require apostille / legalisation before they will accept documents. Click here form more information.
3. If your want original certificates notarised (as opposed to copies) we will usually attach a notarial certificate rather than writing the certificate onto the certificate itself. If you have been told the notarisation should be directly on the document then please let us know. 
4. These prices assume multiple page documents are to be bound. If you have been told that your documents are to be left loose then please let us know so that we can redirect you to the correct pricing information.
5. If multiple documents relate to the same course they can sometimes be verified together in which case only one verification charge would apply. Whether this is possible depends on the administration team at your university.
6. There will sometimes be additional verification fees incurred by the university or by their intermediary verification team (eg HEDD). Where these charges apply they will usually be between £10 and £35. You will be liable for these additional charges.
7. Bundling is a process whereby multiple documents are placed under a single notarial certificate to reduce apostille and legalisation costs. Only request bundling if you know it will be acceptable. More information on bundling is here.
8. If your documents do not originate from a provider in England & Wales you should let us know as soon as possible.

• Base charge (includes 1 single page true copy) - £80
• Additional single page true copies – Add £10
• Multiple page true copies (2-4 pages) – Add £20 then 50p/page thereafter
• Covering certificate (when notarising originals) – Add £10 per certificate.
• For each verification process – Add £50* see note above
• Bundling – Add £20 plus £10 per document bundled.
• Apostille and legalisation – depend on the destination country.
