If you are having a number of documents notarised for the same recipient then you may wish to consider getting them bundled.
This would mean that instead of having a number of separate notarial certificates (each containing a signature and seal) we would prepare one notarial act that refers to and attaches all of your documents. The pages are typically bound with ribbon and there would be one seal applied.
This may be of benefit if your recipient has additional legalization requirements which are charged per item by the legalizing
bodies (eg the Foreign Commonwealth Office) as your bundled notarial act would be treated as one item for their purposes.
There is no financial value to bundling if your documents do not require an apostille
and there are some jurisdictions and recipients who specifically require documents to be submitted separately.
