If you have been directed here it is because you have asked for authenticated certified copies of documents relating to your education. 

In order for us to authenticate your documentation we need to contact your education provider. We usually do this directly or via an intermediary (HEDD). If you have any concerns about the use of HEDD then please discuss this with us.

To enable to authentication process to take place you must complete a form of authority. We cannot commence our enquiries until this has been reserved.

The time taken for an education provider to authenticate varies depending on a number of factors. If you are pressed for time then please let us know and we can discuss other forms of notarial act that may fulfill your requirements.
